returns + exchanges
We will gladly issue a refund if you return the item(s) in their original condition within 21 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive credit on your credit card in the amount that you paid (minus shipping).
Exchanges on unused products can be made within 21 days of purchase. Once we receive the original item(s) back, we will send you the merchandise requested. Items are subject to availability.
You must request authorization to return or exchange an item. Please email us at returns@kumquatbaby.com for an authorization number and return address.
Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return or exchange. Customer is responsible for packing product properly. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted on products that come back damaged. Note that your return shipping charges will be reimbursed if the item is being returned as a result of our error.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. If we are sold out of an item you ordered, we will contact by email.
Shipping for fabric orders is $5.95 for the first yard, and $1.80 more for each additional yard. We will credit your card back if there is a large difference between the actual shipping cost and the amount charged.
Once the order is submitted, we will send you an email link that will allow you to track the status of your order.
8.75% sales tax applies to all orders sent to a California address.

international
Please contact us by email, phone, or fax for international orders. It is the receiver’s responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges.
gift certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in the amount of $25 and $50. They can be redeemed at kumquatbaby.com or the outlet store in Los Angeles for merchandise only. Store credit will be given if there is a remaining balance on the certificate.
privacy policy
We think privacy is very important. We do not share your information with any other companies. If you choose to be on our mailing list, we promise it will be used for nothing more than keeping you updated with any news and sales going on at kumquat. We will never share or sell your information. If you would like to be removed from our email list please respond to with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
We use the highest level of encryption and the latest security tools to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure.
